Tape on the 2x4 light fixture above Door 507 needs to be removed . <br /> 11 . Grout around the water closet where it meets the ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned neat and also voids in <br /> the grout needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> Women's Restroom 508 <br /> 1 . Outside Door 508 finish needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 2. 2x2 light fixture just above Door 508 not working. <br /> 3. Ceramic tile base and floor need to be cleaned. <br /> 4. Escutcheon plate at lavatory drain line needs to be pulled tight to the ceramic tile. <br /> 5 . Grout around the water closet where it meets the ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned neat and also voids in <br /> the grout needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6. Top left 2x6 black trim where it abuts the drywall finish void needs to be filled in. <br /> 7. Ceiling tile along the wall just above the water closet grab bar grid is damaged, not acceptable this needs to be <br /> redone and also, to set flush and level to the wall. <br /> S. Paper towel dispenser is not properly secured to the wall. <br /> 9. Floor drain cover needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and grout. <br /> 10. Painters tape has been left on top of the ceramic tile base of the drywall finish put over it, tape needs to be <br /> removed and finish patched and repaired as necessary . <br /> Fire sprinkler Riser Room 509 <br /> 1 . Door 509 needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud. Edges arte scratched and damaged inside and out. <br /> 2 . All penetrations in the walls need to be filled in. <br /> 3 . Hollow metal frame where it meets the concrete floor needs to be caulked. <br /> 4. <br /> GENERAL NOTES : <br /> 1 . All metal transition strips from carpet to tile needs to be grouted in between the tile and the metal transition <br /> strip throughout the whole building where this occurs. <br /> 2. All carpet where it is cut into the hollow metal doorjamb needs to he re-looked at. Concern that debris has <br /> not been cleaned up off the floor. Carpet that is laying flush to the floor is very rough and irregular, not cut <br /> neat to the hollow metal door frame. <br /> 3. All wood doors in numerous areas have paint in the grain, needs to be cleaned off. <br /> 4. All windows sills on the underside should be cleaned of paint and caulked where the window sill abuts the <br /> drywall . <br /> 5 . All light switch covers, electrical outlet devices need to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, etc. <br /> 6. All inside and outside corners of vinyl base, the profile base need to be cut tight and no open joints and <br /> secured to the wall. <br /> 7 . All cabinetry needs to be adjusted so the door and drawers set level and plumb and operate properly. <br /> 8 . All vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, scratches, dirt, debris, etc. <br /> 9 . All doors, drawers and cabinets need to be adjusted to set level and plumb and latch properly. <br /> 10. All closures need to be adjusted to provide 51b closing force for ADA. <br /> 11 . All paint needs to be removed from glass especially where the glass and the glass grazing meet at the window <br /> stops. <br /> 12. All TE units in the ceiling need to be cleaned of fingerprints in the ceiling mounted units . <br /> 13 . All locations of hollow metal frames that are adjacent to VCT flooring need to be caulked. <br /> 14.
