Traffic Control Area 317 1 . Ceiling grid above Door 317 needs to be cleaned of paint overspray. 2. Outlet to the right of Door 317 switch cover plate needs to be set plumb and level. 3 . South wall down to right by the duplex outlet carpet adhesive needs to be removed from the wall . 4. Carpet in place, vinyl base in place and ceiling tile in place. 5 . North wall at the center duplex receptacle irregularity in the drywall needs to be repaired. Also, chip in the paint. 6. To the right of this area at the Easternmost duplex outlet carpet adhesive on the wall needs to be cleaned and above this ceiling grid has adhesive on it needs to be cleaned . 7 . Ceiling grid above the East wall about the center of the wall, adhesive on the grid needs to be cleaned. 8 . Ceiling tile the 3`d full ceiling tile off the East wall, where there is outside corner jog on that East wall and just to the North of the A/C Grille corner of ceiling tile is chipped, damaged. File Storage Room 318 1 . Bottom right and left edges of the hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint. 2. Floor tile in place, vinyl base in place and ceiling tile in place (two ceiling tiles are missing). Also, vinyl base has not been laid parallel to wall, small pieces occur along the South wall , very visible. 3 . Drywall at the top left comer of the hollow metal frame needs to be touched up with paint. 4. Vinyl base where it abuts to the bottom right and the bottom left of the hollow metal door frame 318, is cut irregular needs to be replaced. 5 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 6. Free standing column does not have vinyl base installed . 7 . On the back side of this column no ceiling grid in place . 8 . Bottom right at Door 318 vinyl tile cut too short, concrete exposed. 9 . Ceiling grid around the free standing column does not set flush to the tile. Open Office Area 319 1 . Carpet vinyl base and ceiling in place. 2. South wall left outside corner that leads into Open Office 315 & 316, drywall is chipped, needs to be patched and repaired. Corridor 320 1 . Door 320 bottom left edge needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. That is also true of the hollow metal door frame. 2. Top left edge of hollow metal Door 320 is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. Vault Room 321 1 . Outside of Door 321 face is scratched. 2 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted where the edges are chipped. 3 . Drywall on the inside face, to the right of hollow metal door frame 321 needs to be caulked and repainted . 4. Vinyl tile in place, vinyl base in place & ceiling tile in place . 5 . West wall needs to be touched up with paint where there are fingerprints. 6. North wall vinyl base hasn ' t been cut at the joint, needs to be finished. 7. Top right corner Door 321 ceiling grid needs to be cleaned of paint. 8.
