East wall adjacent to Traffic Control in 317 opposite Door 020 chips and gouge in the drywall, fingerprints, <br /> and scuff marks need to be sanded, repainted and cleaned throughout the length of that wall. <br /> 12. Fire extinguisher cabinet at the end of Corridor 301 basically needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . <br /> Men's Restroom 310 & 311 <br /> 1 . Not cleaned and ready to be punch out. <br /> Janitors Closet 312 <br /> 1 . Floor has not been sealed, no vinyl base installed, ceiling grid tiles are missing. <br /> 2. Hollow metal door frame painted on left and right bottom sides . <br /> 3 . Drywall to the right and left of the hollow metal door frame inside the Janitors Closet is irregular and uneven, <br /> needs to be corrected, sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall around the light switch. <br /> 4. Back wall drywall is chipped, drywall is cut very irregular around the penetrations to the hot water heater, <br /> needs to be patched and repaired correctly. <br /> 5 . All walls need to be repainted, chips, drywall mud, etc . in this area. <br /> 6. No escutcheon plate around the hot and cold water penetrations . Very rough and irregular cut in the drywall . <br /> Corridor 313 & 314 <br /> 1 . Drywall to the left of Door 317 above the vinyl base drywall is uneven needs to be sanded, patched and <br /> repaired. <br /> 2. Hollow metal door frame 317 drywall at the head needs to be patched and repaired where it abuts the hollow <br /> metal door frame . Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted and carpet adhesive needs to be removed. <br /> 3 . North wall of Corridor 313 & 314 approximately l Oft. to the East of Door 317 gouge in the drywall needs to <br /> be patched and repaired. Also, in this same area outside corner needs to be repainted where it has been <br /> damaged. <br /> 4. Drywall ceiling above double Door 322 needs to be repainted and also header leading to Open Office Area <br /> 342, the edge of the drywall header is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 5 . Right outside comer of opening leading Office Area 342 is chipped at the bottom of the vinyl base about <br /> midway up, needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6. West end of Corridor 313 & 314 ceiling grid at the header needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> Open Office Area 315 <br /> 1 . West outside corner at the open area leading from Open Office 315 & 316 corner is damaged. That is the <br /> corner just behind Door 322 on the South wall East corner. <br /> 2. This same South wall electrical outlet drywall around it needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is <br /> irregular. <br /> 3 . Carpet in place, vinyl base in place, ceiling file in place. <br /> 4. North end of Office Area 315 glue on the carpet needs to be cleaned up. Also, the North wall adhesive on the <br /> drywall needs to be removed. <br /> 5 . Open area leading in Corridor 320 outside corner needs to be patched and repaired where it has been chipped. <br /> Open Office Area 316 <br /> 1 . Vinyl base to left and right side at the bottom of hollow metal door frame 318 needs to be re-secured. Also. <br /> door frame on the outside face at bottom left and right needs to be touched up with paint where it has been <br /> chipped. <br /> 2. West wall quad outlet between Data 29D & 30D and 31D & 32D cover plate has been removed. Needs to be <br /> reinstalled. <br /> 3.
