Outside face of door paint needs to be cleaned down the bottom left and top right. 2. Hollow metal door frame bottom left and right need to be touched up with paint. 3 . Inside face head of hollow metal door frame has a dent it. Also, top right comer of drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. 4. Left of Door 307 opening cut too large for dimmer. This needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . West wall to the left of Door 307 and to the left of the electrical outlet gouges in the drywall above the vinyl base location has been painted over, needs to be patched and repaired . 6. Electrical outlets to the bottom left of exterior window needs to be sanded at the drywall and also below this same area to the left of electrical outlet drywall needs to be sanded flush to receive vinyl base. 7 . Left and right jambs of exterior window, outside edge corners need to be repainted and caulking needs to be redone at the jamb and window. 8 . North wall duplex electrical outlets, drywall around this area needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. 9 . Three ceiling tiles have been removed from this area. 10. One can light not working and recess can light not working. Conference Room 308 1 . Door 308 does not latch into the strike, needs to be adjusted. 2. Hollow metal frame bottom left door frame is dented and also needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. 3 . Inside bottom right door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. 4. East wall drywall around electrical outlets needs to be sanded and patched and repaired. 5 . Accent wall north wall drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the duplex electrical outlet. Also , to the far left corner above the vinyl base tile is chipped needs to be patched and repaired. 6. West wall behind Door 308 brown overspray paint on the wall needs to be removed . Wall repainted in that location. Also, in the same area above in this location ceiling grid, ceiling channel along the perimeter of the wall needs to be cleaned of paint overspray. 7 . Carpet installed, vinyl base installed, ceiling tile in place. No floor box outlet covers plate installed at this time. Corridor 309 1 . Carpet installed, no vinyl base, no ceiling tile installed. 2 . South wall to the left Door 002 exterior door (exit stair door) chips, irregular is in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. Door frame 002 needs to be touched up with paint where it has been chipped at the edges. Also, below the strike side the stop on the hollow metal door has been chipped. 3 . Right side the drywall jamb at Door 002 needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular and in the outside corner just above the bottom hinge the drywall is chipped. 4. Right inside corner to the right of Door 002 approximately 2ft. off the floor there is an irregularity in the drywall . This needs to be sanded flush and repainted. That is also true at the West wall of 307 the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Outside corners of Corridor leading into Corridor 301 chip needs to be patched and repaired. Also fingerprints on the drywall in numerous locations. 6. Drywall on adjacent Conference Room 308 the Northwest wall to the left of Door 202B carpet glue needs to be removed throughout the length of the wall. 7 . Door 202 bottom left inside face where it faces Customer Service Area 202, door is chipped. 8 . Door 202 does not close in the door frame, needs to be adjusted. 9. Door frame 202 needs to be repainted where the edges are chipped. Also bottom left door frame is damaged on the Corridor side and bottom right drywall in door frame has overspray of paint in addition to the ceiling grid in this same location . 10. End of Corridor 309 adjacent to Door 202 the North end needs to be repainted, brown paint overspray and also some chips in the drywall. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A .
