Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 1 - Ist Floor Punchlist - Friday 04/20/07 <br /> May 07, 2007 <br /> Page 12 <br /> Door 303B (continued) <br /> 5 . East wall middle of the wall numerous locations above the vinyl base location drywall is damaged and painted <br /> over. This needs to be patched and repaired and also, scuff mark on the wall approximately a third of this <br /> wall towards the exterior wall . <br /> 6. Southeast inside corner, the South wall exterior wall inside corner drywall is damaged needs to be patched <br /> and repaired. Also, cut in on the accent wall needs to be repaired in this area. <br /> 7. Joints in the carpet tile border are not set flush, needs to be looked at. Also, question the termination of the <br /> border not occurring in front of base cabinet. <br /> 8. Accent wall the South wall between the two windows, fingerprints and dust on the wall needs to be cleaned <br /> and painted if necessary, the Westernmost window, needs to be sanded and touched up with paint in <br /> numerous locations, drywall mud, gouges, etc . <br /> 9. South exterior wall to the right, the right of the westernmost window, needs to be touched up with paint at the <br /> accent wall , drywall dust, etc. Inside corner needs to be cut in properly with paint. <br /> 10. West wall AV boxes have been cut in, drywall has not been finished as far as patched and repaired. <br /> 11 . Backsplash needs to be caulked flush to the top of the backsplash. <br /> 12. Backsplash on the West wall just to the left of Door 303A is chipped at the comer and also not caulked <br /> completely at this location. <br /> File Room 304 <br /> 1 . No transition strip or carpeting installed at the door opening for Door 304. <br /> 2. Vinyl floor tile installed and ceiling in place. No vinyl base at this time. <br /> 3. Top right from the inside hollow metal door frame and drywall needs to be patched and repaired, damaged . <br /> 4. North wall needs to be repainted, dirt, etc, on the wall. That is also true of the East wall . <br /> 5 . Electrical outlet to the left of Door 304 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around electrical outlet, <br /> irregular. <br /> 6. Drywall on the buffed column needs to be touched up with paint in numerous areas. <br /> Secretarial Oven Area 305 <br /> 1 . Carpet installed, ceiling tile installed, no vinyl base at this time. <br /> 2 . Exterior window jambs need to be touched up with paint and also the sides of the window sills need to be <br /> cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 3. Caulking at hollow metal frame paint is irregular, needs to be corrected. <br /> 4. East wall drywall around quad electrical outlet needs to be patched and repaired. Opening cut too large. <br /> 5 . Drywall to the bottom of left Door 207 needs to be sanded and repainted flush to receive the vinyl base . <br /> 6. Ceiling grid adjacent to the wall above the opening leading Secretarial Area 305 needs to be cleaned of <br /> drywall mud, paint, etc . Not sitting flush to the wall . <br /> 7 . The 4th ceiling tile off the North wall at the opening coming into Office Area 305 and 2" off the East wall, <br /> chip in the tile. <br /> Powder Room 305 <br /> 1 . Door 305 exterior siding needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and adhesive. <br /> 2. Vinyl tile is installed, no ceiling tile or vinyl base. <br /> 3 . Right side bottom right of the hollow metal door frame drywall needs to be sanded flush and repainted to <br /> receive vinyl base. <br /> 4. To the left of the door electrical outlet and duplex outlet drywall is very irregular, needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted. <br /> 5 . Plywood needs to be repainted with black. Appears to have been not properly coated with the plywood <br /> coated paint. <br /> 6. Vinyl tile is not cut properly against the wall, very irregular and cut short.
