Drywall around door frame 303 and 303A drywall needs to be repaired, pulling away from the door frame on <br /> the left side, caulk. <br /> Customer Service Room 302 <br /> 1 . Carpet installed, no vinyl base, ceiling the in place, door light window 302 not installed at this time. <br /> 2. West wall at borrow light 301 to the right of this area, fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be caulked where it <br /> abuts the drywall . <br /> 3 . Drywall sill in the hollow metal frame at borrow light 201 needs to be cleaned of coffee, dirt and debris, etc. <br /> 4. Above borrow light 201 , ceiling grid adjacent to the wall has paint on it needs to be cleaned . <br /> 5 . Ceiling grid at header separating Customer Service Area 302 from Reception 201 far right at the header where <br /> it abuts opening the wall at Door 202A, ceiling tile is full of drywall mud needs to be cleaned. <br /> 6. East wall the wall adjacent of Door 302A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris in numerous areas. <br /> 7 . Gouge in the drywall to the bottom left of the light switch cover and also the outside edge of the opening <br /> leading into Customer Service Area needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 8. Drywall around electrical outlet to the left of borrow light 302 needs to be sanded, patched and repaired, <br /> irregular. Also, drywall below bottom right opening screw heads are popping through the finish, this needs to <br /> be repaired. <br /> 9. West wall to the left of the boxed out column and left of the upper electrical outlet, irregular in the drywall <br /> needs to be sanded and repainted and that that is also true of the drywall around the duplex receptacle outlet. <br /> 10. East wall opening coming into the Customer Service Area 302, ceiling grid is uneven and irregular, needs to <br /> be repaired. Also, ceiling grid above the boxed out column on the West wall to the left of the borrow light <br /> 201 is dropped, needs to be set level and corrected. <br /> Conference 303 <br /> 1 . Door 303A outside right edge at the hinge side the finish is damaged and also the bottom left. <br /> 2. Top head of the view light frame paint is peeling off needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 3 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted both left and right sides, inside and out. <br /> 4. Hollow metal frame inside space top left needs to be cleaned of paint. Up to the same top left comer, hollow <br /> metal door frame is bent, this needs to be repaired. <br /> 5 . Inside face hollow metal door frame right side, strike side needs to be repainted, chips and drywall mud on the <br /> hollow metal frame. <br /> 6. Drywall around light switch cover plates needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. That is also true of <br /> the drywall running up along the hollow metal door frame needs to be caulked and repainted. <br /> 7. The four light switches to the right of Door 303 needs to be set plumb. <br /> 8. North wall to the left of the electrical outlet and to the right drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. <br /> 9. Hom strobe needs to he set flush/plumb on the wall. <br /> 10. Drywall around the door stop at Door 303B needs to be sanded to the left and to the bottom of this door stop <br /> area. <br /> IL Carpet installed, no vinyl base, ceiling file is approximately 40% complete. <br /> Door 303B <br /> 1 . Door frame 303B needs to be painted on the bottom left and right. Also, inside right face doorjamb is been <br /> damaged on the strike side. <br /> 2. Top left hollow metal frame inside needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 3 . To the right of hollow metal frame and drywall around the light switch needs to be sanded and repainted, <br /> irregular. That is also true on the bottom right of the hollow metal door frame, drywall needs to be sanded <br /> and repainted. <br /> 4.
