Head of door frame needs to be repainted where the removable mullions have been put into place. Paint is peeling off at the head of the hollow metal door frame and also the right side of the double hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 22 . Vinyl base where it is cut into the right side of the hollow metal door frame 210 is not secured properly. 23 . To the right of Door 210A, the right built out drywall outside corner is damaged, needs to be repaired. Also, vinyl base is not adhered. The same wall on the North face just in front of the right exterior door has a gouge in the drywall and has been painted over, needs to be repaired. 24. Door frame 218 exterior side facing Open Area 219 door frame needs to be completely repainted, edges are chipped. 25 . Door frame 217 to the left of strike hollow metal frame at the location of the strike needs to be touched up with paint where it is chipped. Also, vinyl base is cut too short where it abuts the hollow metal frame. 26. Area between Door 216 & 217 has boxes right up against the wall, unable to look at this area. 27 . Outside of Door 216 hollow metal frame needs to be touched up with paint. 28 . To the left of Door 216A scuff mark on the drywall needs to be touched up with paint. 29. To the right of Door 216A carpet needs to be removed from the drywall and also the hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive, paint and chips on the outside edges of the hollow metal frame . 30. Underside of drop soffit between exterior Door 210 and the interior column between Doors 217A & 218A, underside needs to be sanded and repainted. Very irregular. Also, the inside corners are rough need to be sanded and repainted where the inside comers occur on the beam and on the column to underside drop soffit intersection. Corridor 301 1 . Right side inside face middle hinge chip in the door needs to be repaired. 2 . Carpet installed, no vinyl base installed, no ceiling tile. 3 . Borrow light opening 202 not installed at this time . 4. To the left of borrow light opening 202 and bottom left drywall mud and dirt on the drywall needs to be cleaned, patched and repaired. Also, true below the bottom light to window at numerous locations . 5 . Alcove leading into Customer Service 302, left jamb outside corner, corner bead is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 6. Hollow metal door frame 302 needs to be repainted, chipped, scratched in numerous areas. Also, door on the bottom left is damaged just below the bottom hinge. 7. Outside face door needs to be cleaned of glue and hollow metal door needs to be cleaned of brown paint in this area. 8. To the left of Door 302A drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted at the vinyl base, and that is also true the drywall to the right of the door frame 302. 9. Left outside comerjust to the left of Door 304 is damaged, drywall has been chipped . Needs to be patched and repaired. 10. To the left of Door 308 drywall is very irregular just above the floor needs to be sanded, patched and repaired . 11 . Door frame 308 bottom left is damaged, dent in it. 12. Right outside comer of Conference Room 308 opposite the Janitors Closet, both left and right sides are chipped . That is the outside corner of 308 and outside corner of 307 on Corridor 301 needs to be patched and repaired. 13. Wall adjacent to Office 307 middle of the wall above the vinyl base location drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. 14. Opening into Secretary Area 306, left and right side needs to be repainted . Edges are chipped, dirt, etc. 15 . To the right of drywall opening to Secretary Area 305 approximately 6ft.to the West, there is gouge in the drywall that has been painted over. Needs to be patched and repaired. 16.
