Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 1 - 1 st Floor Punchlist - Friday 04/20/07 <br /> May 07, 2007 <br /> Page 9 <br /> Mapping 217 (continued) <br /> 9. Ceiling tile in front of A/C Grille is chipped, needs to be replaced. That is also true of the second ceiling tile <br /> to the left of the A/C Grille in this room. <br /> 10. Ceiling tile in front of the southernmost sprinkler head has a chipped corner. <br /> Central Fire Room 218 <br /> 1 . Door 218 does not close in the door frame, hitting at the top. <br /> 2. Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint on the inside and outside. Corners chipped and <br /> scuffed. <br /> 3 . Inside drywall at the head in the left side jamb of the door frame needs to be patched and repaired where the <br /> drywall has been pulled away. Needs to be caulked and repainted. <br /> 4. Vinyl tile, vinyl base and ceiling are in place. Ceiling is in place approximately 90% complete . Numerous <br /> tiles are out of place. <br /> 5 . To the right of door frame 218 bottom right drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. Also, just above there <br /> is a nick in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6. Vinyl base in the right inside comer is not sitting over the tile, the VCT floor tile is cut too short. <br /> 7 . East wall towards the South end, nicks on the drywall need to be touched up with paint. <br /> S . South wall drywall around the electrical outlets needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 9 . West wall drywall around the electrical outlets needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> Open Office Area 219 <br /> 1 . This area is full of furniture stacked, ceiling tile, counters, and wall panels up against the wall . <br /> 2. Carpets in place, vinyl base in place. <br /> 3. Ceiling tile not installed at this time . <br /> 4. West wall adjacent to Office 214, carpet adhesive needs to be removed from the wall. <br /> 5 . Left outside comer of this same wall is chipped in numerous areas , needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6. Westernmost window adjacent to Room 214, left side jamb needs to be touched up with paint. <br /> 7 . Vinyl base on the West wall towards the inside corner to the North, exterior wall pulling off the wall, needs to <br /> be re-secured . <br /> 8 . Second window on the exterior wall to the East of Room 214 jambs need to be touched up with paint on the <br /> outside comers. That is true of all the windows in this area. All exterior windows left and right side jambs <br /> outside corners and caulking on the inside corners need to be patched and repaired. <br /> 9. Free standing columns in this area do not have vinyl base installed. <br /> 10. Light fixture above the opposite Mapping Room 217, the exterior wall , no runs in place at this time. Runs are <br /> missing. <br /> 11 . Exterior wall probably 50% of the wall is covered by modular furniture . Unable to punch out thoroughly at <br /> this time. <br /> 12. West accent wall in the Northwest jog of this space, directly to the North between Mapping Room 217 & 218 <br /> at the exterior wall, accent paint on this area needs to be repainted. <br /> 13 . Some areas of the wall base in this location do not set flush. Needs to be corrected. Also, joints are not cut <br /> vertical in numerous locations . <br /> 14. East end of the room Northeast comer carpet adhesive on the wall needs to be cleaned. <br /> 15 . East wall below the exterior window on left half, carpet adhesive and the gouge in the drywall that has been <br /> painted over, this needs to be patched and repaired and adhesive removed. <br /> 16. Fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and also needs to be cleaned of carpet <br /> adhesive. Also, below the fire extinguisher cabinet wall needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. <br /> 17. Left of exterior Door 210A access panel needs to be installed for the chiller lines. <br /> 18. Drywall header needs to be out in where it abuts the metal door frame. <br /> 19. Exterior door frame 210 the movable mullion needs to be painted. <br /> 20.
