Exterior Door 628 outside top right corner is bent and needs to be refinished, fixture is rough and 'irregular. That is also true of the sides of the hollow metal frame 3. Door 628A edge of the door at hinge side below the middle hinge finish is damaged. 4. Drywall to the right of Door 628A needs to be repainted where it has been patched. 5. Hollow metal Door 628A needs to be painted on the side of left and right sides of the jambs. 6. East wall to the top left of the wall mounted door stop, mark on the wall needs to be repainted. Also, just above this same area ceiling grid finish is damaged . 7. Electrical outlet on the east wall drywall opening cut too large and irregularities in the finish, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, below this same outlet there is a dent in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 8. Drywall below exterior fixture around the electrical outlet plate needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in the general area below the window needs to be repainted along this complete wall . 9 . To the bottom right of the exterior window insufficient paint and chips in the paint finish needs to be repaired . 10. West wall drywall patch around electrical outlet covers need to be repainted. Also, at left inside comer to the left of this outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is rough and irregular. 11 . Electrical outlet to the right of Door 628 needs to be sanded and repainted. 12 . Two ceiling tile not in place in this office. Office 629 1 . Furniture in this office. 2. Top left of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted where the paint has peeled and repainted. 3 . Bottom left in the right faces of the jamb need to be repainted. 4. Drywall to the right of the hollow metal frame above and below and adjacent to the light fixture needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 5 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal frame above the middle hinge needs to sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 6. Carpet file along the east wall has been cut too short, needs to be replaced. 7. Right inside corner to the right of the easternmost exterior window needs to be sanded and repainted . 8 . Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint. 9. Electrical outlet cover needs to be installed on outlet to the right of Door 629. 10. Ceiling grid on the east and west wall double grid, especially west wall not level, voids in the grid, this needs re-worked. Open Office 630 1 . Furniture installed in this area. 2. Bottom east wall above the vinyl base the complete length needs to be sanded and repainted, voids and nicks in the drywall finish. 3 . Ceiling tile in front of the supply air grille in this area Open Office 630 is damaged. Office 631 1 . Office furniture set in this office. 2. Top hollow metal door frame is bent. 3 . Bottom left of hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, sanded and repainted where it has patched and repaired. 4.
