Exterior wall, drywall around the quad electrical outlet below the exterior window sill, needs to be repainted where it has been touched up with paint. That is also true of the drywall below the window sill and to the left and the right of the window sill on the exterior wall. 8 . Right drywall jamb at the exterior window needs to be repainted. 9. Electrical outlet cover on the east wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Work Room 632 1 . System furniture installed in this office. 2. Vinyl base to the right of Door 632 is cut too short. 3 . Vinyl base missing on two walls in this area. 4. Drywall around the electrical outlet to the right of Door 632 needs to be repainted and also drywall to the right bottom right of hollow metal door frame 632 needs to be sanded and repainted. 5. Quad electrical outlet on the west wall needs to be pulled tight to the drywall . 6. Light switch cover to the left of Door 632 needs to be set flush to the drywall. 7 . Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head , tile damaged. Storage 633 1 . System furniture installed in this office. 2. Bottom side of the door below the bottom hinge needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 3. Right side of Door 633 drywall is damaged just between the top and the middle hinge, needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Wall to the right of Door 632 the complete length needs to be repainted, sanded, patched and repaired from the vinyl base up approximately 48 inches. 5 . Top right of Door 633 needs to be repainted, paint finish is irregular. 6. Exterior wall to the right of exterior window and bottom right of the electrical outlet drywall in this general area needs to be repainted where there is insufficient paint and dents in the drywall . 7. Bottom left of the exterior window, around data outlet, drywall needs to be repainted where it has been touched-up with paint, finish is unacceptable. That is also true below the complete exterior window. 8 . All walls in this area need to be cleaned of drywall dust extensively. 9. Ceiling grid along the exterior wall is sagging. This needs to be set plumb and level . 10. Ceiling grid up along exterior wall has drywall mud and paint on it needs to be cleaned . 11 . Ceiling joints in the sprinkler head in front of Door 633 and towards the exterior wall two locations in the joint, unacceptable. Oven Office Area 634 & 635 1 . System furniture in place in this area. 2. East exterior wall north window, window sill needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 3 . East exterior wall between the two windows Fl , drywall is damaged . Dent in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, the level of the window sill between the two windows this area needs to be repainted completely. 4. Drywall below the south exterior window needs to be repainted. 5. Right jamb of the south exterior window needs to be repainted. 6. East exterior wall far right corner needs to be repainted from vinyl base approximately 5ft. , insufficient paint.
