Four ceiling tile not in place in this area, three of them off the southwest corner of Storage 633 and the other about the center of the room of Open Work Area 634. 8. Ceiling tile damaged 5`6 ceiling off the north wall of Office Area 633 and 5h ceiling tile off the exterior wall. 9. Fifth ceiling file off the exterior wall coming off the right exterior wall of the southernmost window, edges damaged. Also, in this same area ceiling grid is sagging at the return air grille and the 2x4 light fixture. Also to the right of this chipped tile ceiling grid, finish is chipped and numerous areas of ceiling grid has fingerprints on it. 10. Ceiling grid in the general area of the southeast corner coming off the 8ft. partial wall, fingerprints on the ceiling grid in this general area. 11 . Ceiling grid at the opening leading into Corridor 624 towards the right jamb, finish is damaged on the grid. 12. The 1s` ceiling tile off the west wall, three tiles to the left of the fire alarm hom strobe edge is damaged. Office 636. 1 . Furniture in this office. 2. Drywall to the top right of Door 636 needs to b sanded and repainted. Also, drywall where it abuts the hollow metal jamb right and left sides need to be sanded, caulked and repainted 3. Hollow metal frame above middle hinge outside face needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Screw missing from light switch. 5 . Electrical outlet cover to left of Door 636 needs to be set flush to the wall . 6. Hollow metal door needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been scratched. 7 . Hollow metal door top right comer inside face needs to be sanded and repainted where the paint finish is chipped. 8. Right side of jamb needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. Bottom left above vinyl base to the bottom left of Door636 needs to be sanded and repainted. Painters tape needs to be removed from fire alarm horn strobe. 10. West wall left inside comer needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . East wall drywall around the electrical outlet to the left of data 41/42D needs to be sanded and repainted. 12. Ceiling tile above Door 636 right side of door panel is chipped. Office Area 637 1 . This room is completely filled with System Furniture boxes, chairs, etc . 2. Door 637 bottom face needs to be cleaned of paint and carpet glue. 3 . Door frame needs to be repainted. 4. Inside face bottom right and left edges of frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 5 . Left side of hollow metal frame between light switch and the door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Right inside comer needs to be sanded and repainted to the right of door frame 637 and also the bottom right of the vinyl base to the right side of the hollow metal door frame . 7 . Electrical outlet to the left of Door 637 needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall around electrical outlet. 8 . Boxed out column to the left of Door 637 outside corners need to be re-secured at the vinyl base and right and left sides of the inside corner need to be sanded and repainted . Irregular finish on the drywall. 9. North wall east end top right chip in the drywall and the bottom left and right of this electrical outlet above the vinyl base needs to be touched-up with paint where the drywall is damaged.
