IRC Administration Complex <br /> Property Appraisers Office - Punch List - Friday - 07/06/07 <br /> July 10, 2007 <br /> Page 16 <br /> Office 638 <br /> 1 . This office is completely filled with parts for System Furniture. <br /> 2. Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint on the outside and inside. <br /> 3 . Drywall to the right of the door frame, at the light switch, needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. Back wall which is the north wall, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 5 . West wall south electrical outlet drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the electrical outlet. <br /> 6. Drywall between the south electrical outlet and the data outlet on the west wall drywall above the vinyl base <br /> needs to be patched and repaired where there is a dent in the finish. <br /> 7. Far left comer at the south corner of the west wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this general area <br /> drywall needs to be touched-up with paint. <br /> 8. Ceiling tile damaged in front of the A/C grille. <br /> Corridor 624 <br /> 1 . West end of south wall just to the west of opening leading into Work Area 261 drywall finish around <br /> electrical outlet needs to be repainted. <br /> 2. Drywall needs to be cleaned of drywall dust and touched-up with paint from the opening leading into 621 and <br /> the east outside comer of Office Area 621 . <br /> 3 . Drywall above vinyl base between Door 622 and the electrical outlet needs to be touched-up with paint, <br /> patched and repaired. Drywall around this electrical outlet needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 4. Drywall area across from the boxed out column to the left of opening leading into Area 625, the south wall <br /> opposite this boxed out column dent in the drywall and marks on the drywall need to be sanded patched and <br /> repainted. <br /> 5 . Door 004A — Drywall to the right needs to be sanded and repainted. Also to the left at the fire alarm pull <br /> station . <br /> 6. Transition strip needed between ceramic tile and the concrete in stairs . <br /> 7. Ceiling grid along the wall of the exterior Exit Stair Door 004 and three grids off that door, grid is sagging. <br /> 8. Boxed out column on the north wall just to the right of opening into Production Room 625 vinyl base needs to <br /> be secured and right corners need to be sanded and repainted, left corner is chipped needs to be repainted. <br /> 9. Drywall area leading into Corridor 624 off of Open Office Area 603, where the fire alarm horn strobe is, <br /> drywall around the fire alarm horn strobe needs to be patched and repaired, opening cut too large. This wall <br /> need to be touched-up with paint the complete length of the wall from the boxed out column, which is to the <br /> right of Door 633 down to the right outside corner of Office Area 637 on the north wall, needs to be repainted <br /> approximately 2ft complete length of the wall . <br /> 10. Ceiling tiles above the header leading into the Corridor 624 needs to be set flush to the grid or repaired. <br /> 11 . Ceiling grid in this area above the header leading into Corridor 624 from Open Office Area 603 needs to be <br /> cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris. <br /> Corridor 606 <br /> 1 . Wall to the right of Door 608 needs to be repainted around electrical outlet. Also the right outside corner to <br /> the right of this outlet vinyl base needs to be re-secured and drywall needs to be patched. <br /> 2. Drywall above the Johnson Control area needs to be touched-up with paint and the Johnson Control box needs <br /> to cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 3 . Drywall between Door 609 and 611 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and repainted where it has been <br /> touched-up and scuff marks, etc. <br /> 4. Drywall to the right of Door 611 needs to be repainted from floor to ceiling in this general area. That is also <br /> to the right and to the left of Door 611 . <br /> 5 .
