North wall at the Corridor 606, along Men' s Restroom, to the left of the fire extinguisher cabinet above the <br /> vinyl base irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, coming down to the left outside <br /> corner of the north wall of the Corridor adjacent to Men ' s Restroom 618 above the vinyl base, chip, drywall is <br /> damaged this needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 7. Approximately 3 ceiling tiles in the area of the southwest comer of the Men ' s Restroom 618 in the Corridor <br /> area damaged . <br /> 8. Ceiling grid to the right of the opening leading into Work Area 621 , finish on the grid is damaged . <br /> 9. Drywall between opening 621 and the outside corner of Work Room 621 , drywall needs to be touched-up <br /> with paint and cleaned of drywall dust. <br /> 10. Drywall to the left of opening in 621 and Door 605 these need to be touched-up with paint where there are <br /> scuff marks, etc . <br /> 11 . Outside face of Door 605B needs to be completely repainted where it has been sanded and patched. <br /> 12. Top right corner Door 605B is damaged. <br /> 13 . Drywall to the top right of Door 605 needs to be repainted . <br /> 14. Drywall from Door 605 to the left west outside corner of Work Room 605 and Corridor 606 side needs to be <br /> cleaned of drywall dust, repainted where there are scuff marks and patched and repaired above the vinyl base, <br /> especially to the left of Door 605 where the drywall has been damaged above the vinyl base. <br /> V Floor Atrium Area in Building 2 is not ready to Punch Out. It is not in a finish condition <br /> GENERAL NOTES: <br /> 1 . All exterior windows in Property Appraisers area need to be cleaned of dirt, paint and debris . <br /> 2. All transition metal strips from the carpet to the ceramic tile need to be grouted between the file and transition <br /> strip. This has not been done. <br /> 3. All vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint. <br /> 4. Electrical outlet cover and electrical outlet device needs to be cleaned of paint on the east wall. <br /> 5 . All silencers need to be installed in hollow metal door frames. <br /> 6. All hollow metal door frames to Offices need to have carpet glue removed in the Property Appraisers area and <br /> repainted where it has been damaged, edges have chipped, etc . <br /> 7 . All interior door need to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, dirt and debris. Any chipped or scratched areas <br /> will be noted in the Punch List specifically where they can be seen, unless doors have not been cleaned where <br /> they are not visible. <br /> S.
