IRC Administration Complex <br /> Property Appraisers Office - Punch List - Friday - 07/06/07 <br /> July 10, 2007 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Work Room 605 <br /> 1 . Work Room 605 is full of modular furniture stacked up along the walls. <br /> 2. Door 605-bottom panel needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris and outside edges of door needs to be <br /> cleaned. <br /> 3. Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted where it has been scratched on the bottom corners. <br /> 4. Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed. <br /> 5 . Door 605-B - Door needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris on the bottom toward the view light and <br /> outside edges <br /> 6. Hollow metal frame needs to be painted bottom left and right areas where there is carpet glue, etc. <br /> 7 . Drywall on the right side of hollow metal frame needs to be repainted where it has been caulked. <br /> Open Work Area 607 <br /> 1 . Systems Furniture installed in Open Work Area 607. <br /> 2. East wall coming off the left outside corner of Work Room 605 approximately 811. off the corner and 30 <br /> inches off the floor, chip in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. That is also typical of coming over <br /> to the right where the center of the wall above the vinyl base on this east wall. <br /> 3 . South end of the east wall above the vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 4. Ceiling grid at the header leading Corridor 606 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and also it is bent. <br /> 5 . Exterior window at the south end of Open Work Area 607, drywall jambs right and left sides need to be <br /> repainted. That is also true at the top right and left of the exterior window jamb and the header. <br /> 6. Paint needs to be removed from data outlet cover 23D and 24D on the west wall just to the left of the boxed <br /> out column. <br /> 7 . Boxed out column on the west wall of Open Office Area 607 vinyl base needs to be secured to the bottom left <br /> and right corners and drywall mud needs to be removed from the vinyl base. <br /> 8. Ceiling tile at the center of Open Office Area 607 coming off the east wall in front, appears to be a smoke <br /> detector, debris in the grid needs to be cleaned so the ceiling tile can set flush. <br /> 9. Ceiling tile in front of opening leading to right exit sign leading to Corridor 606 corner debris chipped on the <br /> tile. <br /> 10. Two ceiling tiles missing in front of the exterior window area of Office Area 607 . <br /> 11 . Ceiling grid cut too short, the ceiling grid to the left and in front of the supply grille, that is six ceiling tiles off <br /> the exterior wall in Office Area 607 and supply air grille, between Office 608 and Work Area 604 about the <br /> center of the room in that alcove. <br /> Office Area 608 <br /> 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. <br /> 2. On the exterior side to the right of Office 608 door drywall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl <br /> base and also to the right of that door around electrical outlet cover. <br /> 3 . Drywall needs to be repainted where it abuts the head of Door 608. <br /> 4. Hollow metal door frame 608 bottom right and left sides, needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. <br /> 5 . Bottom of door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 6. Right side bottom right of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. <br /> Also in this same area vinyl base not cut flush to the jamb, needs to be replaced . <br /> 7 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the top edge. <br /> 8 . Three ceiling tiles not in place in this office. <br /> 9.
