Location/Mapping of the existing Sea Grass areas or areas of environmental concern from the MHW line <br /> to Right- of —Way of the Inter-coastal Waterway. I. R. C . and/or a Sub-Consultant shall supply delineation <br /> of environmental area ( Sea Grass) within the Indian River . (To be established prior to commencement <br /> with phase two) . <br /> Our survey will be performed and prepared in accordance with the survey requirements of the Minimum <br /> Technical Standards (M.T. S . ) set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers, pursuant to <br /> Section 472 . 027 , Florida Statutes and Chapter 6 1 G 17, Florida Administrative Code . <br /> Based on our review of the existing survey data, right-of-way maps, property appraiser' s maps, aerials <br /> and the existing conditions of the site, we estimate the cost to perform the required field tasks and prepare <br /> the necessary survey certificates to be the following : <br /> 1 . Site/Staff meetings <br /> Onsite inspection/IRC Staff meeting 4 . 0 hours @ $ 90 . 00/hour $ 360 . 00 <br /> Subtotal - Site/Staff meetings $ 360.00 <br /> Not-to-Exceed - Total Compensation (Phase Two) $ 139410. 00 <br /> Carter Associates, Inc . , in the course of performing these survey tasks , will adhere to the <br /> safety <br /> procedures and guidelines for surveyors for water/boat navigation as set forth in the most current <br /> publication prepared by the Florida Department of Transportation (F . D . O .T .). <br /> Carter Associates, Inc . estimates the time frame to complete Phases One and Two to be eight to ten weeks <br /> from the notice to proceed (depending on the weather) .
