Utility Design <br /> The Engineer will develop construction documents to detail the relocation of the existing 20" <br /> water main required to facilitate the proposed bridge replacement over the Lateral ` J ' Canal . <br /> Utility Permitting <br /> The Engineer will prepare and submit documentation to request a FDEP domestic wastewater and <br /> public drinking water permit. The consultant will coordinate with FDEP in regards to obtaining <br /> these permits . The county will be responsible for all permit application and agency review fees . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br /> to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A. Professional Services Fee <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the COUNTY is as <br /> follows : <br /> Task Labor Fee <br /> Lump Sum Components <br /> Oslo Road Revisions $41 ,400 <br /> Oslo Road Extension $219000 <br /> Utility Design $ 6 , 800 <br /> Utility Permitting $ 19600 <br /> " SECTION XVI — DURATION OF AGREEMENT " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The time for completion of the 90% design drawings and permit applications for the scope of <br /> services detailed in this amendment will be five (5 ) months following receipt of the design survey <br /> from the COUNTY. Once permits and 90% design comments are received from the COUNTY, <br /> 100% design drawings will be completed 30 days thereafter. <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth here in.
