The COUNTY will provide the ENGINEER with the required topographic survey to enable design <br /> of the additional 2 , 640 feet of roadway improvements . <br /> Based upon the completed construction documents , this amendment will require revisions to the <br /> following plan sheets : <br /> Typical Section — 1 Sheet <br /> Plan and Profile — 11 Sheets <br /> Cross Section — 15 Sheets <br /> Landscape Design — 6 Sheets <br /> The extension of the western terminus will require the additional plan sheets : <br /> Plan and Profile — 3 Sheets <br /> Cross Section — 5 Sheets <br /> Pond Detail Sheets — 2 Sheets <br /> Signing and Marking — 2 Sheets <br /> Landscape Design — 2 Sheets <br /> Utility Design <br /> The Engineer will develop construction documents to detail service extensions along Oslo Road <br /> between 27th Avenue and Old Dixie Highway, within the limits of the subject improvements . The <br /> water main, force main and sanitary sewer laterals will be needed to facilitate access to these <br /> utilities following the roadway improvements . <br /> Utility Permitting <br /> The Engineer will incorporate these additional utility modifications within a FDEP domestic <br /> wastewater and public drinking water permit. The consultant will coordinate with FDEP in <br /> regards to obtaining these permits . The COUNTY will be responsible for all permit application <br /> and agency review fees . <br /> " SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br /> to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A.
