Ambrosino, Staff Archaeologist <br /> Panamerican Consultants , Inc. <br /> Re: A Cultural Resource Assessment Survey of the Spoonbill Marsh Wetland <br /> Facility Project Area in Indian River County, Florida. <br /> This document constitutes an agreement between Panamerican Consultants , Inc . and <br /> Indian River Board of County Commissioners to perform the work described in the <br /> attached proposal . <br /> Panamerican Consultants will perform the survey of 23 acres for a fixed price of <br /> $2,977 . 11 . These prices are good for 90 days from the proposal date. After this time, <br /> prices may be altered. From receipt of this APW PCI will field a crew within 5 days and <br /> will take 2 days to complete the fieldwork. The report will be completed in 3 days from <br /> the end of fieldwork. The Division of Historic Resources (DHR) requires 30 days from <br /> the entry of the draft report into their system to review and respond. <br /> Panamerican Consultants will submit invoices to Indian River Board of County <br /> Commissioners, 180127 th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, upon completion of work. <br /> After receipt of an invoice, Indian River Board of County Commissioners agrees to pay <br /> Panamerican Consultants within sixty (60) days from the invoice date. <br /> The parties to this agreement shall be responsible for maintaining all required insurance, <br /> including but not limited to, liability insurance and workman 's compensation insurance in <br /> accordance with the laws of the State in which the work will be performed. <br /> The parties agree that any dispute arising between them shall be asserted and maintained <br /> in the State and County of the corporate headquarters of Panamerican Consultants, Inc. <br /> The following items are agreed to by: u <br /> O Z a <br /> Panamerican Consultants, Inc.
