personnel support (AutoCAD Technician) at an hourly rate of $20 . 00 per hour if the County <br /> cannot supply needed support . <br /> SECTION 2 . AUTHORITY OF COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br /> The County Public Works Director or his designee shall have the authority to review all <br /> work performed and to require Project Engineer to revise such work or work product, to <br /> determine the time and the manner of the performance of all work, and to determine standards of <br /> performance . <br /> SECTION 3 . ETHICS OF PROJECT ENGINEER <br /> Where applicable Project Engineer shall be required to abide by and perform all assigned <br /> duties in accordance with the Indian River County Administrative Policy Manual, Chapter 112 , <br /> Florida Statutes, and any other governing laws, ordinances and regulations . Liability and <br /> indemnity shall be as provided for full time (permanent) County employees . <br /> SECTION 4. COMPENSATION <br /> For all services rendered by Project Engineer, Project Engineer shall be paid a fixed <br /> hourly rate of Forty-Five dollars per hour ($45 . 00/hour) , payable biweekly, less regular payroll <br /> deductions for the term of this agreement. The compensation will cease upon termination of this <br /> agreement or at the end of the two-year period, whichever occurs first. <br /> SECTION 5. BENEFITS <br /> An automotive usage reimbursement allowance of $ . 29 per mile shall be provided for all <br /> in-county and out-of-county travel for the Project Engineer' s use of his personal vehicle for <br /> County-business-related travel .
