FEB <br />PACE la <br />a. The mobility of a vehicle used as a mobile home or a house trailer must be <br />maintained. <br />b. There shall be no more than one (1) trailer allowed on each five (5) acres of <br />land. <br />c. Where more than one (1) trailer is allowed in an area, they shall be separated <br />by a minimum distance of twenty (20) feet. <br />d. Minimum setbacks from public road rights-of-way shall be not less than fifty <br />(50) feet. <br />e. The minimum separation between an existing single family residence and a <br />trailer shall be not less than fifty (50) feet. <br />f. Minimum setbacks from the property line other than in sub -paragraph "d" <br />above, shall be not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />8. Marl pits and similar uses shall be restricted to within twenty-five (25) feet of the <br />property line, and the minimum slope of the pit sides shall be on a slope of one (1) foot hori⢠<br />zontal to one (1) foot vertical. <br />B. Residences shall conform to the minimum setback and area requirements as stipu- <br />lated in the R-3 Transient District. All other buildings with the exception of pump houses <br />shall not be closer than fifty (50) feet from the outer property lines. <br />C. Should the owner of any lands lying in the F1, "Agricultural District, desire to sub- <br />divide and/or plat said lands, then said owner shall submit application for appropriate zon- <br />ing change with the request for approval of said plat. <br />SECTION 8. R 3 A RETIRSMENT DISTRICT: <br />A. Uses permitted: <br />1. All the uses permitted in the R 1 A, Country Horde District, and housing facilities <br />and services especially designed to meet the spiritual. physical and social needs of the. <br />retired, elderly, disabled or dependent persons, or for religious, charitable or non-profit <br />uses and providing for building height limit of 35 feet; building site area of 10 acres; front <br />yard of 25 feet; side yard of 15 feet; rear yard of 15 feet and provided that any building <br />located within 120 feet of any public street shall meet all of the requirements of the zone on <br />the opposite side of the street. <br />SECTION 9. R 3 TRANSIENT DISTRICT: <br />A. Uses permitted. <br />1. Any uses permitted in the R 1 District. <br />2. Two family dwellings (Duplex). <br />3. Apartment houses (multiple family dwellings). <br />4. Hotels - Restaurants. <br />5. Boarding and Lodging houses. <br />6. Hospitals and clinics except animal hospital or clinic. <br />7. Guest homes. <br />8. Automobile courts. (Motels). <br />-9- <br />
