• <br />D. Rear Yard Required: There shall be a rear yard of not less than 10 feet measured to <br />the rear building line of the main building. In addition, an alley shall be provided for rear <br />service of at least 15 feet in width. One-half of any service alley may be on the abutting pro- <br />perty. <br />E. Area for Sanitation: When not located on a central collection and sanitary disposal <br />systemthere shall be provided adequate area for septic tank and drainfield asrequired by • <br />the Sanitary Code adopted by the Board of .Health of Florida. <br />SECTION 14. M 1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT: <br />A. Uses permitted: <br />1. Any use permitted in the M 1 A District. <br />2. Heavy industry and heavy manufacturing and any other uses except those emitting <br />smoke, dust, fumes or odors obnoxious to the general area. <br />3. Any business of a general wholesale type. <br />4. Light manufacturing or light industrial plant. <br />5. Industries not obnoxious to the neighborhood by the emission of odors, dust, smoke <br />or fumes. • <br />6. On approval of the Zoning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners and <br />after review of the application and site development plan, the following additional uses may <br />be permitted: <br />a. Storage or baling of rags, iron, paper or junk, provided the operation is <br />enclosed with a fence not less than six (6) feet high'which will obstruct the <br />view of said operation. Fences other than masonry shall be painted once a year. <br />b. Automobile wrecking yards, provided said yard is enclosed with a fence not <br />less than six (6) feet high which will obstruct the view of said yard. Fences <br />other than masonry shall be painted once a year. Cars shall not be piled one <br />on another. <br />. B. Front Yard Required: There shall be a front yard measured to the building line of <br />the main building of not less than 10 feet. <br />C. Side Yard Required: No side yard is required except for building or structures hold- • <br />ing or containing liquid or material having an abnormal explosion habit, in which event there <br />shall be a side yard measured to the side of the building line of the main building of not less <br />than 30 feet. <br />D. Rear Yard Required: There shall be a rear yard not less than 10 feet measured to <br />the rear building line of the main building. In addition,an alley shall be'provided for rear <br />service of at least 15 feet in width. OFFSTREET PARKING AND LOADING REGULATIONS: <br />1. For the purpose of this resolution, the term "Offstreet Parking Space" shall consist <br />of a minimum net area of two hundred (200) square feet of appropriate dimension for the park- <br />ing of an automobile, exclusive of access drives or aisles thereto. <br />• <br />2.
