.Agent were received and placed on file. <br />The.County Engineer. reported that the Beautification Day project <br />forthis year will 'be the new Health Center Building and the Engineer <br />was instructed to obtain cost figures for a sprinkler system and on <br />Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and unanimously carried, an expenditure of up to $400.00 for a sprinkler <br />system was. authorized. <br />The Board discussed the General Liability Insurance proposal <br />which was submitted on March 10, and Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, <br />•that the Rudy Hubbard Agency be instructed to write the policy and <br />the Clerk is authorized to issue a warrant in the sum of $5,613.00 <br />in payment of same. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the following Item to Item <br />transfer is authorized: From A/C 951, Contingencies to A/C 269.2, <br />Insurance Premiums, for $4,000.00. <br />The Chairman reported that following adjournment of today's <br />meeting, the Board will make their regular inspection of the county <br />offices. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved, and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos <br />'3924 to 3976, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 2590 to 2642, <br />both inclusive; Fine aneForfeiture Fund, Now. 385 to 392, both in- <br />clusive and Capital Outlay Fund, Nos. 109 and 110. Such bills and <br />accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the <br />Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded, being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board then adjourned. <br />BOOK 9 'PAGE 201 <br />APR. -7i.965 <br />
