a I3o rth-westerly meandering the East bank of the Indian River to its intersection with the public road as declared along the North line of Government Lot Four (4) Section Fifteen (15) Township Thirty-one (31) South, Range `shirty -nine (39) East, a distance of approximately one half mile, said road right-of-way to be not less than Sixty (60) ,feet in width. vie therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County Road as above described, and we, the owners of the laxed through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sutra of One dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of ]Indian River, the receipt of which is hereby. acknowledged, hereby agree to give the right-of-wat through our lands, as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof. It was ordered that D.L.L,eisher; X.B.Ryall and Albert Schumann, be` appointed a Committee to view, mark and lay out: sa&d road and report to this Board. The following resolution was presented: VMREAS on account of the stringent financial conditions existing throughout the County, the inability of its citizens to pay in taxes promptly, the great demand being made in charity cases, and the general unsettled conditions it is deemed expedient and proper for this Board to adjust itself to the conditions mentioned above, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the employment of a county Agricultural Agent be dispensed wit4or the year 1929) effective February lst 1929. Upon being put to a vote the same was unanimously adopted. It was ordered that the County Engineer repair the will Fee road west of V11abasso as soon as it is convenient for the work to be done. The several bills and accounts of the County having been audited, were examined and found to be correct and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The bills and accounts being on file in the Clerk's office and made a part of these minutes. The warrants issued in settlement of claims being recorded in the County Finance record of the County and made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the same were set out in detail, and by reference to said Finance record the warrants so listed is made a part of these minutes. The County Depositories filed their statements of the various funds coming under their jurisdiction, showing balance, receipts, disbursements and balance at the close of November, which haveing been audited were found to be correct.
