LF Subcontractor input is critical to the development of accurate work- ing schedules . We start with a milestone level schedule that we develop and send to all subcontractors . When the subcontractors have reviewed the milestone schedule, we set up a scheduling meeting that all subcontractors attend and we direct . The detail working activities are established at this meeting . This enables us ' r9 to determine the coordination of the multiple trades over the time allotted on the schedule .
