LF <br /> Subcontractor input is critical to the development of accurate work- <br /> ing schedules . We start with a milestone level schedule that we <br /> develop and send to all subcontractors . When the subcontractors <br /> have reviewed the milestone schedule, we set up a scheduling <br /> meeting that all subcontractors attend and we direct . The detail <br /> working activities are established at this meeting . This enables us <br /> ' r9 to determine the coordination of the multiple trades over the time <br /> allotted on the schedule . Once the sub-project schedule is devel - <br /> r -i oped , the data base is continually updated through direct field <br /> —_ - - - observation during construction .
