Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded <br />by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried that the request <br />be granted. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the County Engineer be instructed <br />to cover the ditch on 44th Avenue and re -dig it on the East R/'W line. <br />The County Engineer reported on the preliminary investigations <br />that had been made on the right of way of $lendale Road between Kings <br />Highway and Monroe Road and the Board instructed him to continue <br />negotiations to acquire this right-of-way. <br />The County Engineer reported that out of thirty-six junk car <br />problems, ten have already been moved and twelve have agreed to. move <br />thew, <br />A Petition was received, aigned by Mine property owners, requesting <br />the County to improve the existing sixty -foot right-of-way .for Rosedale <br />Boulevard extending one-half mile West from 90th Avenue, in order to <br />give access to Tracts 7,8, 9 and 10, Section 10-33-38 which are to be <br />inhabited and developed in the.near future. The Engineer was requested <br />to determine the cost of clearing this right -Of -way. <br />.Alfred'E. Webber, Deputy Clerk, presented the Clerk's Tentative <br />Budget for the year ending September 30, 1966. Upon Motion by <br />Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell, the tentative <br />'budget was accepted by the Board. <br />
