FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH OLO DIXIE HIGHWAY TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH 21ST STREET S.W. The Engineer stated that the streets comply with county specifications. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried that the request be granted. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the County Engineer be instructed to cover the ditch on 44th Avenue and re -dig it on the East R/'W line. The County Engineer reported on the preliminary investigations that had been made on the right of way of $lendale Road between Kings Highway and Monroe Road and the Board instructed him to continue negotiations to acquire this right-of-way. The County Engineer reported that out of thirty-six junk car problems, ten have already been moved and twelve have agreed to. move thew, A Petition was received, aigned by Mine property owners, requesting the County to improve the existing sixty -foot right-of-way .for Rosedale Boulevard extending one-half mile West from 90th Avenue, in order to give access to Tracts 7,8, 9 and 10, Section 10-33-38 which are to be inhabited and developed in the.near future. The Engineer was requested to determine the cost of clearing this right -Of -way. .Alfred'E. Webber, Deputy Clerk, presented the Clerk's Tentative Budget for the year ending September 30, 1966. Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell, the tentative 'budget was accepted by the Board.
