G. Lanier for the <br />County welfare Building, the high bid of Alfred G. Fletcher for the <br />State Welfare Building, and the high bid of Alfred G. Fletcher for <br />the storage building be accepted, arid -that -each high bidder pontr- <br />n;.cash bond -•with' -the clerk,..as set by -the County Engineer, to guarantee <br />clearing of the site. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Haffield <br />and unanimously carried. <br />Mr. Y. G. Lanier was advised that the combination range and <br />refrigerator, two oil paintings and air conditioner are not to go <br />with the building: but that the 100 lin. feet of shelving does go <br />with the building. This was satisfactory with Mr. Lanier. <br />Dr. Robert 0. Vernon, Director, Division of Geology, Florida <br />State Board of Conservation presented a proposed investigation of <br />the water resources of Indian River County by the U. S. Geological <br />Survey in cooperation with the County and the Florida Geological Survey. <br />The investigation would cover a three-year period of data -collection, <br />field studies, and report preparation at an annual cost to the County <br />BOOP 9 ma 255 <br />1UL 7 1965 <br />
