A copy of the current permit; f. A copy of the current operation and maintenance manual as required by Chapter 62.600, . F.A.C. ; g. A copy of the facility record drawings; h. Copies of the licenses of the current certified operators; and i. Copies of the logs and schedules showing plant operations and equipment maintenance for three years from the date of the logs or schedules.
