Under Work Order No . I . the ENGINEER will prepare an abbreviated Reuse Feasibility Report according <br /> to the following scope of services . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 1 — Feasibility Assessment <br /> The Engineer will develop a Reuse Feasibility Report based on the assumption that the County ' s update <br /> of the Reclaimed Water and Effluent Disposal section of the Master Plan is considered to be maximum <br /> level of reuse by FDEP . According to FDEP guidelines , if a maximum level of reuse is being proposed, <br /> an abbreviated report is allowed. The abbreviated Reuse Feasibility Report will include the existing and <br /> future customers and projects required to provide maximum reuse , as identified in the Reclaimed Water <br /> and Effluent Disposal section of the Master Plan . The Engineer will review plant flow data and the <br /> following aspects of the Reclaimed Water and Effluent Disposal section with the County : <br /> • Existing customers <br /> • Future potential customers <br /> • Reuse capacity <br /> • Water balance <br /> • Hydraulic modeling <br /> • Recommendations <br /> • Capital cost estimates . <br /> The Engineer will develop a spreadsheet-based water balance based on the recommendations in the <br /> Reclaimed Water and Effluent Disposal section of the Master Plan . This task includes one meeting with <br /> County staff. <br /> The County will provide PBS&J the following data for completion of this task: <br /> • Discharge monitoring reports for the previous 12 -month period <br /> • Existing reuse distribution system mapping <br /> Task 2 — Report Preparation <br /> A brief update report will be prepared for County submittal to FDEP as part of the permit renewal <br /> process . The Engineer will provide the County with three draft copies of the report for review and five <br /> final copies that incorporate County comments .
