Pierce Hardware Co. $165.00 less 5% <br />George Stuart, Inc., Orlando 159.00 <br />Bostrom-Brady Manufacturing Co. 159.00 less 10°x.', FOB Atlanta <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Haffield and Unanimously carried, that the low bid of Ft. Pierce <br />Hardware Co., be accepted. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner' <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the State Road Department be <br />authorized to pay 90% of the cost of the flashing light and bell <br />signal at the South Winter Beach Road crossing, State Road 632, out <br />of the County's Secondary Road Funds. <br />'I%r. A. T. LeFevre, owner of lots in Carver Colony Subdivision, <br />Gifford, complained that he had not been issued a building.permit for <br />a house because he did not have a 10' side yard set back. The Board <br />informed Mr. LePepe that there was nothing the Board could do and that <br />this matter should be taken to the Variance Board. <br />representing J. C. Hargrove <br />At the request of Attorney Charles Smith,/Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried that the Board does hereby interpret the Resolution adopted in <br />1956 and recorded in County•Commissioner's Minute'Book 5, page 2, that <br />prohibits the sale .of wine and other alcoholic beverages within one mile <br />of U. S. #1, be interpreted now as the new location of U. S. #1 and <br />BOOK 9 PACE 283 <br />AU0 4 1965 <br />
