AUG 4" 1965 <br />lax 9 NC 274 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tbo Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River.County, Florida, that this Board does <br />herewith tentatively adopt the budgets for the funds of this Board <br />for the fiscal year beginning October 1. 1965,. and ending September 30, <br />1965, in the form as heretofore prepared, advertised, and rev's <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tentative budgets shall be <br />filed in the office of the. County Auditor as a public record and the <br />County Auditor shall transmit forthwith to the Comptroller of the <br />State of Florida, two '_opies of each of the tentative !budgets as <br />adopted, certified by the Chariman of the Board and by the County <br />Auditor asa true and correct copy of the budget .as adopted by this <br />Board, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said budgets as tentatively <br />adopted by this Board shall be considered as finally adopted and as <br />official thirty (30) days from the date the budgets are transmitted to <br />the State Comptroller'sid no report of exceptions to the budget:aE1filed <br />has been made by the Comptroller. <br />Upon Motion by CommiEsiorer Macdonald, seconded ty Commissioner <br />Haffield and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVER by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian. <br />River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necedcary to meet <br />the expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, for.the fiscal year ending September 30, 1966, pur- <br />suant to the budget of said Board, as heretoiore pub'.tshed and approved, <br />is as hereinafter levied and that the tax rate as hereinafter shown <br />and set forth be and it is hereby levied on all taxatle property in <br />Indian River County, Florida Yur the year 1965 rith the rate hereinafter <br />set out, to -wit: <br />1.
