Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner ¥cCullers and unanimously carried that the Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids for an electric typewrite for .the office of Circuit Judge D. C. Smith, to be opened November 10, 1965 at 8:45 A. M. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the Clerk be authorized to have 300 original plats reproduced by Florida Microfilm Company at a total price of $487.50. Commissioner Waddell moved that Indian River County subscribe to membership in the National Association of Counties at $76.00 a year. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried. On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the County Engineer was requested to devise a rod method of locking the handles on files in the County Service Officer's office so that these files will not be access:b1e without the service officer being present. • Commissioner Macdonald moved that the Indian River County Garden Club be requested to assist the County in the development of the South County Beach Park and that a copy be forwarded to the president the organization. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried. The monthly reports of the County Service Officer; the County Agent and the County Welfare Case Worker Were received and placed on file. On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner.
