That this Board does hereby extend its sincere thanks <br />and appreciation to the Governor, theMeMbers of the Cabinet and <br />the.Justices of the Supreme Court of the State'of Florida:for.the <br />expression of confidence accorded the citizens of the Indian River <br />area by the selection 9f Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, <br />as the location of the Fourth District Court of Appeal. <br />2. That this Board does hereby offer its continued support <br />•and cooperation to the fullest extent possible in the orderly de- <br />velopment, maintenance and the improvement' of the judicial system <br />in the State of Florida, by assisting in securing proper temporary <br />quarters for the Fourth District Court of Appeal as well as assist- <br />ing in securing proper permanent quarters for said Court. <br />3.
