The County Engineer then presented a report: prepared by the <br />R. D. Carter Engineering Firm, giving alternate solutions to the <br />Wabasso Bridge approach; and on Motion by Commissioner Waddell, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers.and unanimously•carri'ed, the <br />County Engineer was authorized to submit Scheme (Plan) Ato the• <br />State Road Department for approval. <br />• Further 'action concerning a request to .the State Road <br />Department for control and custodianship of the right-of-way under <br />the Sebastian Inlet Bridge was delayed until the next meeting of <br />the. Board. <br />The County Engineer reported that the application of Robert <br />L.
