INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BEACH RESTORATION PROJECT FOR <br /> SECTORS 1 &2 (AMBERSAND BEACH) AND SECTOR 7 <br /> TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1 . SCOPE AND FILL QUANTITY <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall provide all machinery, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials as <br /> necessary for all operations in connection with excavating, transporting, placement and grading of <br /> sand, planting and restoring vegetation and dune crossover structures, as indicated in the following <br /> Technical Specifications and the Construction Plans for this project. Standby for the diedgeis ) is <br /> anticipated . and in stimated to be 100 hours for the inlet sand source for the Sectors 1 & 2 portion of Deleted: i <br /> the project and 5 days for the Sectors 1 & 2 (Offshore Sand Source) and Sector 7 portions of the <br /> proyeet. The COUNTY shall not consider the terms of the <br /> Contract to be satisfied unless at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the final design quantity is placed <br /> on the beach and is distributed so that each acceptance section contains no less than ninety-five <br /> percent (95%) of its design quantity. <br /> 2.
