The Compliance <br /> turbidity sample shall be collected at a point no more than <br /> 120 meters (394 feet) offshore, and no more than 1 ,000 <br /> meters (3 ,281 feet) down-current from the discharge point, <br /> where upland sand is placed/graded below the MHW line, or <br /> any other in-water work . The Compliance sample shall be <br /> collected within the densest portion of any visible turbidity <br /> plume, and shall be collected from the surface and at mid- <br /> depth. <br /> 13 . 1 . 1 .3 Turbidity Reportjng. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the <br /> third Party to complete the Turbidity Monitoring Report that is provided <br /> in Appendix F of the Contract Documents and the CONTRACTOR shall <br /> submit the appropriate Turbidity Monitoring Reports to the COUNTY <br /> daily with the Contractor's Daily Quality Control Report as described in <br /> Section 12 ofthese Technical Specifications. The turbidity data shall be <br /> reported in Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTUs).
