The project area may be affected by tropical storms and <br /> hurricanes primarily from June through November, and by windy and/or rainy <br /> weather, including severe electrical storms, during any time of the year. The <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for obtaining information concerning rain, wind <br /> and wave conditions that could influence dredging and disposal operations prior to <br /> making a bid.
