DEC 8 19& <br />x 9 PAGE 386 • <br />The County Attorney presented crossing agreements between <br />Florida East Coast Railway Company and Indian River County on <br />North Winter Beach Road, Bay Street -Roseland, Cemetery Road, Lindsey <br />Road, First Street, S. W. (Carter Road) (Swords), Hobart Road,.and <br />North Gifford Road. On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Haffield, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />• <br />adopted as to each of the above named agreements; and that paragraph <br />14 cf.each of these agreements shall be deleted:. <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County <br />for Indian River County, a political subdivision <br />Florida, as follows: <br />1. That the Board of County Commissioners <br />River County does hereby contract and agree to enter <br />Commissioners in and <br />of the State of <br />in and for Indian <br />into an agreement <br />with the Florida East Coast.Railway Company wherein and whereby said <br />Board of County Commissioners will share equally with the Railway <br />the expense for installing automatic crossing signal protection and <br />is given the right and privilege to use and maintain as a crossing for <br />road crossing purposes that portion of the right of way of the Railway <br />in Indian River County, Florida, as more particularly described in <br />License Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That the Chair man of the Board of County Commissioners <br />in and for Indian River County, with the attestation of the clerk of <br />said board, be and they hereby are each authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for andon behalf of said Indian River County. <br />3. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br />its passage. <br />Commissioner Waddell moved that Citrus Road be deleted from <br />the proposed agreements. Motion was seconded by Commissioner,Haffieid <br />and unanimously carried. <br />
