WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 19, 1966° <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in <br />Regular Session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach. Florida, on Wednesday, <br />January 19, 1966, at 8:30 o'clock A. M. All members were present. <br />Also present were County Attorney, John H. Sutherland, County Engineer, <br />Edwin S. Schmucker, and Alfred H. Al Webber stated that there were no affida- <br />vits filed with the Clerk. B. J. Kerley, representing General Develop- <br />ment Corporation, appeared before the Board and stated that a portion <br />of their property had been leased to Robert Chesser for cattle grazing <br />purposes and requested that this land *bet £hanged from residential zoning <br />to agriculture zoning.
