Corporation be tabled <br />until next meeting to give them an opportunity to file an affidavit <br />under oath as to how much of this property is leased by the owner for <br />cattle grazing; and that the other lands as submitted by the • Tax Assessor <br />be approved. <br />Frank Zorc presented to the Board a plat of Sun Haven subdivision <br />and requested their final approval. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, <br />that the plat of Sun Haven subdivision be approved, providing the <br />drainage system is adequate and meets with the approval of the.
