Payment shall be made by OWNER to CONTRACTOR according to the " <br /> Local Government Prompt Payment Act" , Florida Statutes section 218 . 70 , et. seq . <br /> SC -15 . 01 OWNER May Suspend Work <br /> SC- 15 . 01 .A Delete the last sentence in paragraph GC- 15. 01 .A and insert the following in its <br /> place: <br /> CONTRACTOR shall be allowed an extension of the Contract Times , directly attributable to any <br /> such suspension if CONTRACTOR makes a Claim for an extension as provided in paragraph <br /> 10 . 05 .
