The <br /> Procurement Official will sign an exemption certificate submitted by the successful bidder. Vendors <br /> or contractors doing business with the County shall not be exempted from paying sales tax to their <br /> suppliers for materials to fulfill contractual obligations with the County, nor shall any <br /> Vendor/Contractor be authorized to use the County Tax Exemption Number in securing such <br /> materials . <br /> 9 .
