33 <br />aou pAcE488 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session <br />on this the 9th day of February, A. D. 1966, that this Board does <br />herewith certify that the road commonly referred to as the Oslo <br />Dump Road and shown on the map that is attached hereto, running <br />through the SE% of the SWQ of Section 13, Township 33 South, Range <br />39 East, South of the South Relief Canal, has been designated, <br />established and maintained by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, as a public road for a period of <br />more than five years, and that said road includes, not only the <br />road area thereof, but the swale ditches, grass parkways or any <br />other part of said road and that any obstruction of the aforesaid <br />road or street shall be forthwith removed as obstructing county <br />roads under the laws of the State of Florida, and that the map <br />attached to this Resolution, as well as a certified copy of this. <br />. Resolution, shall be certified to by the Chairman and Clerk of <br />the Board of County Commissioners and shall be filed in the office <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY <br />Robert W. Graves, Chairman <br />The County Engineer recommended that the map be drawn by <br />a registered surveyor. Commissioner Waddell moved that the Engineer <br />attach a sketch drawing showing the location of the road and if it <br />becomes necessary at a later time to have a registered survey made, <br />it will be done.
