,l• <br />At the meetings of September 9, 1965 and January 19, 1966, <br />respectively, <br />as recorded in Minute Book 9, pages 300 and 474/, public hearings had <br />been held and Motions had been made to approve the Zoning Board's <br />Recommendation on the proposed zoning changes, and there was a failure <br />at that time to adopt formal resolutions. On Motion by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Haffield, the following Resolutions <br />were unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recom- <br />mended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a <br />public hearing in relation at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Map <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property, situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />All that part of the NWS of the NES of Section <br />14, Township 31S, Range 38E, lying West of <br />Roseland Road, containing approximately 31 acres, <br />be changed from F1 Agriculture District to RaoiRetirement District, <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Resolution. <br />FEP 9 19ES <br />LIU PACS 4'g <br />
