Mr. Robert F. <br />Lloyd and Mr. Gilbert E. Smith, representing the Fellsmere Farms Drainage <br />District, stated that they had no objections but requested the Board to <br />adopt the Resolution subject to there being no objections by their <br />Attorney, Mr. George Heath, who was out of town at the present time. <br />The County Attorney explained that all this Board was vacating was <br />any right or interest of the general public to the road rights-of-way; <br />and thereupon, on Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Waddell, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />.'Subject to the approval of George Heath, Attorney for the Fellsmere <br />Farms Drainage District: <br />MAR 9 1966 BOCK 9 p; cE 525 J <br />
