With respect to Phase II of the West Wabasso Water project , plans and specifications were <br /> recently sent to the Department of Community Affairs for approval, and the County is soliciting <br /> for contractors to construct the project . After bids are received and Amendment #3 for the above <br /> referenced project is approved by DCA , the County will request DCA ' s approval of the low <br /> bidder and subsequently enter into a construction contract for this activity. <br /> In summary, the County is requesting an additional six (6) months to complete the construction <br /> of the DRI projects referenced above due to the expansion of the West Wabasso water line <br /> project and unforeseen delays with the Rockridge Sanitary Sewer project. <br /> Enclosed, please find three (3) originals of the Amendment 93 package, consisting of the <br /> executed "Modification #3 to Grant Agreement" form and amended DCA CDBG Program <br /> Project Work Plans. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this Amendment, please contact Mr. Fred Fox, the County' s <br /> Grants Administrator, at (904) 810-5183 . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Gary C .
