EXHIBIT F CUSTOMER REQUESTED STANDARD SOFTWARE ENHANCEMENTS / MODIFICATIONS AND / OR CUSTOM SOFTWARE 1 . Definition of Project New World will provide the Customer requested Standard Software Enhancements and/or Custom Software as discussed below to address the Customer's requirements. Customer agrees to cooperate in not making modifications and enhancements too extensive as defined in the 2(b)(1) procedure below. Capabilities included in Fixed Cost under 3(a) and 3(b) below: a) Custom Software/Interfaces (1) Pawn Tracker Interface: One-way interface from Pawn Tracker to New World Records With New World providing consultation, Customer is responsible for obtaining technical contacts and/or technical specifications from the third parties involved. (2) Alchemy Document Imaging Interface: The Alchemy Document Imaging Interface is a custom interface that will integrate the Alchemy Imaging API with the Aegis MSP Document Processing control. A user will be able to start the Alchemy Imaging process from within the Aegis MSP application by creating a new document of a specific file type. Once the document has been imaged, an entry will be written to the Aegis MSP database and will be reflected in the Document Processing grid. A new button will be added to the Global Subject Search form to provide the ability to search for Alchemy documents that match the entered Global Subject name search criteria. A button will be added to the Case Search form to provide the ability to search for Alchemy documents that match the entered case number. Results will be displayed in a grid on a new form in Aegis MSP. The imaged documents can be opened and viewed from this form. Information about existing Alchemy documents will be used to populate the Aegis MSP document index table to provide links for existing global subject and case records. Indian River County will provide New World Systems with two licensed copies of the Alchemy Imaging components for the purpose and development and testing. The software will be returned to Indian River County after the interface is completed. Indian River County is responsible for licensing and installing the necessary Alchemy Imaging components on appropriate agency workstations. 2. Methodoloev to Provide Enhancements and/or Custom Software a) Definition of New World's Responsibility This project includes the following activities to be performed by New World . (1) Review of required features with Customer. Only items identified in Paragraph I above will be provided in this implementation plan.
