carried, that the Beverage Department be notified that the application <br />for a beer and wine, consumption on premises, license for Gina°a <br />Restaurant does conform to the zoning regulations of the County. <br />The County Engineer presented to the Board specifications for <br />a tractor truck as recommended by a truck expert and on Motion by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried, <br />the Engineer was authorized to re -advertise for bids. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, the following right-of-way agreement <br />for Clemman Avenue, South of Walker Avenue, between W. A. Garrison and <br />Macie L. Garrison, his wife, was approved: <br />The West 18 feet of the East 43 feet of the East <br />10 acres of Tract 1, Section 4, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East. <br />The County will extend the existing 20 foot culvert <br />under the existing access to the above described <br />property, 10 feet to the West and construct head- <br />walls of cement and sand filled bags at both East <br />and West ends of the 30 feet of culvert, then fill <br />and grade to a finished driveway from Walker Avenue to <br />the West right of way line of the Indian River Farms <br />Drainage District ditch. <br />The County Engineer suggested that the Board will probably have <br />to adopt some regulation along the west shore of the river in the <br />Sebastian area as more submerged land applications are made in order <br />to standardize the method of submerged land applications. No action, <br />was taken. <br />The Engineer presented a profile of Eucalyptus Place Subdivision <br />and explained the drainage problem. No action was taken. <br />Commissioner Waddell moved, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and <br />unanimously carried, that the City of Vero Beach be reimbursed <br />$30,000.00, subsequent to the request of the following Resolution <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Vero Beach: <br />MAY 11 1966 <br />eons 9 mail <br />
