M. Wednesday, <br />May 11, 1986, and at said time pub- <br />licly open the same at the meeting <br />of said Board to be held in the <br />County Commissioners' Room, In- <br />dian River County Courthouse, Vero <br />Beach, Florida, for sale by the <br />County of one (1) wood frame house, <br />approximately 800 sq. ft. located <br />on Lots 20 and 21, Block 35, Original' <br />Town of Vero, -now City of Vero <br />Beach, Florida. <br />The house must be salvaged or <br />moved intact as the successful <br />bidder may desire from its location <br />within 60 days after bid is ac- <br />cepted. <br />The successful bidder shall be re- <br />sponsible for the removal of any <br />foundations and the area must be <br />cleaned of debris or material. <br />The County reserves the right to <br />reject any and all bids. <br />All bids must be in a sealed <br />envelope, marked on the outside, <br />"Bid for house, open date May 11, <br />1966," and shall be accompanied <br />by a good faith deposit of ten (10) <br />percent of the total amount of bid. <br />If the house is not removed within <br />the specified time, it shall remain <br />the property of the County. <br />If further information is desired, <br />prospective bidders may contact the <br />office of the County Engineer. <br />This the 6th day of April, 1968. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COM <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: ROBERT W. GRAVES,' <br />Chairman <br />April 21, 28, 1966. <br />The Chairman called for bids on the above Notice and no bids were <br />received. Commissioner Waddell moved, seconded by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers and unanimously carried, that the building be re -advertised <br />with site clearance but not removal of the concrete floor. <br />Commissioner Macdonald and Mrs® McMechan,representing the Wabasso <br />Civic Clubtreported that there have been complaints about the conditions <br />at the Wabasso Beach Park. Mr. and Mrs. Dillard,,sub-lessees, were <br />also present and stated that Mr. Paul Engler, of Chicago, is interested <br />in leasing the property but has requested a ten-year lease. The County <br />Engineer reported that he has also received a letter from Mr. Engler in <br />which he describes what he plans to do with the property.
