The deliverables for this task will include one copy of the monthly DMRs . <br /> Task 10 . Annual Summary Report <br /> ETC will prepare the Annual Summary Report for the Spoonbill Marsh site following the <br /> requirements outlined by Item I . A . 9 . d within the Industrial Waste Facility Permit (Permit Number <br /> 31 -FL0166511 ) . ETC will provide the County with one copy the Annual Summary Report, and will <br /> provide the Florida Department of Environmental Protection with two copies of the Annual <br /> Summary Report . <br /> The deliverables for this task are as described above . <br /> Task 11 . BMP Preparation <br /> ETC will assist the County with the preparation of the Best Management Plan (BMP) for the <br /> Spoonbill Marsh site following the requirements outlined by Item D (titled Specific Conditions <br /> Related to Best Management Practices) within Section VII (titled Other Specific Conditions) of <br /> the Industrial Waste Facility Permit (Permit Number 31 -FL0166511 ) . <br /> The deliverables for this task will include two copies of the draft BMP . <br /> Task 12 . Lost Tree Mitigation Monitoring <br /> ETC will monitor the mitigation site on Duckhead Island (part of the Lost Tree Islands) following <br /> the requirements described by Item 31 (titled MITIGATION SITE MONITORING REPORTS <br /> REQUIRED) within the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS that are part of the Consolidated Environmental <br /> Resource Permit (permit Number 31 -256136-001 ) . This assistance will include collection of field <br /> data and the preparation of the monitoring report . <br /> The deliverables for this task shall include two copies of the monitoring report. <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
