T -e Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard on the <br />foregoing Notice of Public Hearing. There being no one present, on <br />Motion by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. 66-26 <br />WHEREAS, THE Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did® pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Map be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property,situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The Southwest quarter of Section 22, Township 32S, Range <br />39E, less the East 10 Acres of the Southeast quarter of the <br />Southwest quarter and less a not included tract approximately <br />635 feet by 285 feet as shown on Pineview Park Subdivision <br />as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 1, and further described as <br />beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 22, Township 32S, <br />Range 39 E, run East along the South Section line a distance <br />of 995.50 feet to point of beginning, thence North a distance <br />of 285.12 feet, thence East a distance of 635.39 feet, thence <br />South a distance of 285.20 feet, thence West a distance of <br />634.89 feet to the point of beginning; ALSO, <br />The West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32S, Range 39E, <br />be changed from Ml, Industrial District to R1,, Single Family District. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 10 acres of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest <br />quarter of Section 22, Township 32S, Range 39E; ALSO <br />The Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 32S, Range 39E, <br />less the South portion of the Southeast quarter of the South- <br />west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section22, Township 32S, <br />Range 39E, lying within 250 feet of the centerline of North <br />Gifford Road, and less the South portion of the Southwest quarter <br />of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, <br />Township 32S, Range 39E, lying within 250 feet of the centerline <br />of North Gifford Road; ALSO, ROQ P° G <br />. c� <br />
